Enterprise Application
The systems of record
ERP, CRM and core line-of-business platforms — extended, integrated and upgraded without stopping the business that depends on them.
Upgrades that land
From enterprise platform programmes we have run to completion.
Markets on one ERP template
Fewer custom extensions after rationalisation
Unplanned outages at cutover
Typical upgrade window
Overview
The software is not the hard part
An ERP upgrade is rarely blocked by the vendor. It is blocked by twenty years of local exceptions nobody can justify or delete — each one added for a reason that was good at the time and has never been written down since.
We inventory the exceptions first, get a decision on each, and only then plan the upgrade. It makes the programme longer on paper and shorter in practice.
- Every custom extension justified, retired or scheduled before the upgrade starts
- Business-process regression tests owned by the process owner
- Parallel running with reconciliation before any cutover is called

Capabilities
What we do
Getting current, and staying current. The second is the one clients underestimate.
Decide what deserves to survive
A full inventory of customisations, integrations and shadow processes, each with a named owner and a decision: keep, replace or retire. Nothing moves to the new platform by default.

Extension inventory
Every customisation traced to the process that justifies it.
Integration mapping
Point-to-point drift replaced with one documented contract per system.
Process alignment
Local variants reconciled against the template before configuration.
Data cleansing
Master data fixed at source, so migration is not a laundering exercise.
