How we choose
Fewer partners, held to the same bar
We are deliberately multi-platform. A partnership earns its place when it removes work from a client, not when it fills a quota — which is why our alliances are concentrated rather than exhaustive.
Every partner engagement carries the same delivery model as our own: named owners, a rollback plan, and evidence a regulator will accept.
Chosen for what they remove, not what they add
Every platform we build on is one our delivery teams use on real engagements. That is the whole test. A logo on a slide costs nothing and proves nothing, so this page lists what the work actually runs on rather than everyone we have ever spoken to.
It also means the list is shorter than it could be. We would rather know a handful of platforms well enough to predict how they fail than claim breadth we cannot back up at three in the morning during a release.
What we ask of a platform
That it can be rolled back. That it leaves a record an auditor will accept. That it interoperates with the systems already in the estate rather than assuming a clean slate nobody has.
Where a platform cannot do those things, we either work around it deliberately and write down the cost, or we do not use it. What we do not do is discover the gap during a migration.
What we will tell you
When a platform is the wrong fit for what you are trying to do, including when it is one we know well. Being deliberately multi-platform is only worth anything if we are willing to say so.
Most estates we work on run several platforms at once, and the ones that stall are usually the ones where somebody pretended otherwise at the start.
Working together
What a partnership looks like in delivery
The same delivery model we hold ourselves to, applied to the work we do alongside a partner.
Named owners on both sides
Somebody on our side and somebody on yours owns each moving part, by name, before the work starts.
A rehearsed way back
Every change ships with a way back. A rollback nobody has rehearsed is not a rollback.
Evidence as you go
Decisions, approvals and test results are recorded as they happen, in a form an auditor will accept.
