Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Krispire Solutions LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services we provide, including but not limited to IT consultation, custom software development, web and mobile applications, and other technology solutions.
By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.
2. Scope of Services
We offer:
IT consultation and strategy
Custom software development
Web and mobile application development
UI/UX design
Software maintenance and support
Cloud integration and DevOps services
A detailed scope of work (SOW), deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide all necessary information, content, and access for the timely delivery of services.
Respond to communications in a timely manner.
Make payments as per the agreed schedule.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are based on the agreed proposal, and any additional work outside of scope will be quoted separately.
Invoices must be paid within [15/30] days of issuance.
Late payments may incur interest at [1.5%] per month.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.
Krispire Solutions LLP retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.
7. Warranties & Liabilities
We provide services “as-is” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with [15/30] days’ written notice. The client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, they shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Haryana, India.
10. Amendments
Krispire Solutions LLP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
