Products & Platforms
Built once, reused everywhere
Internal platforms and customer-facing products that give teams a paved road instead of a fresh set of decisions per project.
What a paved road is worth
Measured on platforms we have built and handed over, twelve months after the first team adopted them.
- Faster time to first release
- Of new services on the paved road
- Reusable platform components
- From idea to running prototype
Overview
Build the road once, then stay off it
An internal platform earns its keep when teams choose it because it is the fastest way to ship, not because a policy says they must. That is a product problem, not an infrastructure one — it needs a roadmap, adoption metrics and someone whose job is to say no.
We build the first version with the two or three teams who will use it hardest, and we leave when the platform team can run it without us.
- Adoption measured by teams shipping on it, not by teams onboarded
- Golden paths that are genuinely faster than going around them
- A deprecation policy written on day one, not after the first fork

Capabilities
What we do
Product engineering for the things you sell, platform engineering for the things you build on. They are different disciplines and we staff them differently.
Customer-facing software, shipped to a date
Cross-functional teams that own a slice of the product outright — discovery, delivery and the on-call pager. No handover to a separate run team, because the fastest way to make software supportable is to make the people who wrote it support it.

Discovery sprints
Two weeks to a clickable prototype and an honest estimate, before anyone commits a budget.
Delivery squads
Design, engineering and QA in one team, measured on shipped increments.
Design systems
Tokens and components that survive a rebrand instead of being redrawn.
Instrumentation
Product analytics wired in from the first release, not bolted on later.
