Project Lumos: One Connected System for Luxury Concierge Operations

We started Project Lumos to step into the luxury domain and fix that at the root.

We work directly with luxury service providers, learn how their teams actually operate, and build custom solutions around those workflows. Alongside bespoke builds, we created general-purpose software, Lumos CRM, flexible enough to fit most teams. We are also collaborating with suppliers in the same domain, so vendors and agencies can streamline their work on one shared infrastructure instead of passing details back and forth.
