Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may cancel services provided by Krispire Solutions LLP and the associated terms regarding refunds and payments.

 

1. General Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Krispire Solutions LLP via email at info@krispire.com. The date of cancellation will be considered the date the email is received by our team.

 

2. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

  • Before Project Start:

    • If cancellation is made before the project start date and no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable administrative fees (if applicable).

  • After Project Commencement:

    • If cancellation occurs after project work has started, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

    • Any advance payment beyond the value of work completed will be refunded.

  • Ongoing/Retainer Services:

    • For ongoing services under a retainer or monthly plan, cancellation requires a 30-day notice.

    • Services rendered during the notice period will be billed as usual.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations, third-party licenses, or tools purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

  • Any custom integrations or special development components completed before cancellation are non-refundable.

 

4. Termination by Krispire Solutions LLP

We reserve the right to terminate services due to breach of terms, non-payment, or unethical conduct. In such cases:

  • The client will be billed for all work completed.

  • Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion.

 

5. Disputes

Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds shall be handled as per the dispute resolution terms in our Terms and Conditions.
